Returns and Exchanges Policy

We offer a super easy hassle-free return policy. Simply email info@supermugs.ca and include the following:

- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the return is due to a production defect, error or manufacturing issue, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipment and the new item.

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Unless there is a quality issue, there are no returns on customized products and all sales are final.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We will even pay for the shipping on defective product returns. We give you 60 days (after the date of purchase) to send it back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for all shpping charges if it is not a defective product return. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number with all returned parcels. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. Note: all customized products sales are final and can not be returned. (Sure, you may have put the common name of Sarah on it, but the Sarah’s we know may spell their names differently!)

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@supermugs.ca . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
